The Shark 270 is a SCADA ready revenue meter for commercial and industrial utility customers. It features certified 0.1% ANSI C12.20 CL energy metering accuracy, primary surge suppression, advanced cybersecurity, power quality analysis, extensive logging and a customizable embedded meter display.
An optional Network card now offers SSL/TSL encryption, digital firmware signature, IPv4 and IPv6 support, configurable firewalls, and simultaneous Modbus TCP/IP and DNP3 communications. The meter supports up to two separately addressable Network cards. Additional features include enhanced 4GLTE cellular modem functionality and an IRIG-B option card for time synchronization. The rugged design ensures a long life and easy installation.
