PENTREAT 244-40 is a water-repellant penetrating sealer with 40% active content silane to keep unwanted water and salt from penetrating concrete and masonry structures. The breathable sealer bonds to the substrate to reduce liquid absorption while still allowing vapor transmission.
Use it on horizontal or vertical surfaces in new or existing above-grade surfaces, including parking structures, driveways, plazas, bridge decks and piers.
