Feb. 19, 2024
Learn how Women in Fenestration—a network launched by the National Fenestration Rating Council—is helping the building industry cultivate a more inclusive culture and a stronger future.
The National Fenestration Rating Council is familiar to most people who manage buildings—the organization is celebrating its 35th year of educating people and advocating for more efficient windows and buildings. Deb joins BUILDINGS editor-in-chief Janelle Penny to talk about how this network empowers women in the building industry to tell their stories, share experiences and learn from and support each other.
Learn more stories and tips from women in the industry, including these leadership tips from women veterans.
