Stan Gatland is the manager of building sciences and comfort for CertainTeed Corporation and Saint-Gobain Commercial Markets. He leads R&D projects that focus on developing, demonstrating and connecting the performance of CertainTeed products and systems to the performance of residential and commercial buildings regarding indoor environmental quality and occupant comfort. Stan has over 25 years of experience and expertise in building science and architectural acoustics.

John Hauenstein is an acoustical engineer who has made architectural acoustics and troubleshooting the focus of his work for more than 30 years. His pragmatic and innovative approach makes him an invaluable leader at Cerami Associates, leaders in the acoustic and technology industry. As principal of the Cerami Site Assessments division, John oversees a wide range of projects offering real world noise solutions ranging from preventative services and vibration monitoring, to onsite investigation and troubleshooting. 

Alex Morales is the director of sales and marketing for Hilton Hotels and ResortsHe’s based at the Hilton at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where he leads and directs the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives as part of Hilton’s ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Part of that outstanding service includes mitigating the noise from the busiest airport in the world.
