NYC Inspection Scheduling Goes Online
The NYC Development Hub is expanding services with the launch of Hub Inspection Ready, an online platform for inspection scheduling.
Hub Inspection Ready will be used to request all inspections by the Buildings Department, including those related to boilers, elevators, plumbing, and sustainability. The move to an online platform will improve job tracking and notifications, while also standardizing the electronic checklists used by inspectors.
Additional benefits of the online platform include receiving inspection results within 24 hours and the ability to raise certain objections electronically.
