The ENERGY STAR-qualified coating boasts a reflectance rating of 0.87, an emittance rating of 0.89, and a Solar Reflectance Index rating of 110. Reformulation has increased its tensile strength to 2400 psi; it also has a tear strength of 700 lbf/in. It can be used as a base coat or topcoat applicable by brush, roller, or spray.
