OptiMax

OptiMax is a thermoset polyurethane-modified roofing membrane that becomes more resilient with time as the polyurethane molecules chemically link with each other. A combination of polyurethane and asphalt provides high weatherability and long-term performance.

The active modification process bonding the two materials helps prevent the cracking and leaking that can occur in traditional membranes when the oils in the material heat up and “cook out” over time.
