The 100% Silicone Sealant is a high-solids, solvent-free, non-shrinking, moisture-cure silicone sealant designed to seal and repair roofs, masonry, architectural sheet metal, and metal roof seams and fasteners.
Adheres to most common building materials like concrete, masonry, EPDM membranes, etc. Has minimal odor and a VOC content of less than 10 grams per liter.
