Jay Saldana, P.E. is the Principal Building Scientist for Holcim's Building Envelope division. As a new division of the world's largest cement manufacturer, Holcim Building Envelope incorporates several major building product brands in the Building Envelope arena like Elevate Commercial Roofing & Lining Systems, Enverge spray foam, Malarkey Roofing Products and American Safety Technologies, the world’s leading manufacturer of anti-slip coatings. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer. After his civil engineering career, for the past 12-plus years he has been practicing building science and helping manufacturers develop new solutions and products for the building envelope.
