The EasyLobby eKiosk turns any tablet computer or smart phone into a self-registration kiosk for visitors. The selected device can be handed to visitors when they arrive, allowing guests to fill out the registration form and print their visitor badge.
The visitor form can be configured on any eKiosk device to include multiple fields and required documents, such as a PDF or HTML file for visitors to acknowledge or agree to. eKiosk also has the ability to screen visitors against a pre-registered visitor list or an internal Watch List.
The software can also send an email or SMS text to the employee being visited. The eKiosk can be combined with EasyLobby’s eAdvance web pre-registration software. Visitors are pre-registered by the host, sent a confirmation email with their registration number, and simply enter their information upon arrival.
