Corrosion Resistant Service and Insulated Doors, available in Clopay Corporation’s Cornell and Cookson brands, are engineered to inhibit oxidation and red rust. They can withstand extreme commercial and industrial environments, such as water treatment plants, chemical storage facilities, coastal and marine environments, and other applications where corrosion is a concern.
The doors’ components are coated with zirconium, which enables the products to withstand highly corrosive environments. ZRG powder-coated shafts, zinc-coated bearings and corrosion-resistant fasteners ensure the doors are built to last, whether they’re placed at interior or exterior openings. The door curtain and guides are available in stainless steel with a #4 finish or clear anodized aluminum in sizes up to 15 feet wide and 15 feet high. For applications that experience more extreme weather conditions, choose stainless steel doors that withstand up to 40 psf.
