LaunchPAD is a crisis simulation application. The software enables organizations to conduct realistic emergency exercises and test the performance of response teams. Tailor drills to specific events such as a natural disaster, workplace violence incident, pandemic, or fire.

During the exercise, the app records the response team’s actions and creates a record for review and assessment. Participants can access the program through most web-enabled devices to collaborate during the training.
