Tarkett has introduced iD Tilt HIT, a high-impact tile (HIT) flooring collection ideal for grocery, convenience and auto stores, as well as temporary promo pads or store-in-store experiences. The collection installs four times faster than ceramic tiles over a variety of existing surfaces and is highly durable, supporting the weight of heavy traffic and rolling loads such as large merchandise, shopping carts and pallet jacks.
Featuring movable and reusable tiles, iD Tilt HIT installs quickly over permanent floors and can be removed just as quickly when the store’s footprint changes. The interlocking design minimizes labor costs and allows for immediate occupancy, reducing downtime. The core layer is reinforced with glass fiber for dimensional stability and resistance to tearing and indentation, while a 2.7mm homogeneous wear layer offers increased durability. The TopClean XP PU Coating offers resistance to scuffs, scratches and stains. Free of ortho-pthalates, PFAS and other chemicals of concern. The flooring can be recycled at the end of its life.
