DMF Lighting’s 4-inch LED recessed downlighting conversion kits are designed to upgrade existing round 6-inch downlights to 4-inch fixtures or change a 6-inch round aperture to a 4-inch square. The conversion kits are compatible with any standard industry 6-inch recessed downlighting housing that has a volume of 60 cubic inches or larger, and they’re ideal for 120-volt applications where TRIAC/ELV smooth dimming down to 1% is important, such as hospitality, healthcare, and light commercial projects.
Retrofit light engine modules are available in Downlight and Adjustable (360-degree rotation and 45-degree tilt) models with tool-less field-interchangeable optics, as well as Linear Spread and Soft Focus distributions. An Edison Adapter is included in the conversion kit. Color temperatures include 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and Warm Dim (3000K-1800K) choices with a 93 Color Rendering Index.
