NEOCOAT by Triton is a water-based, low-VOC hybrid roof coating with high solar reflectivity, increased resistance to ponding water, and high dirt pick-up resistance. Its reflectivity and emissivity are maintained longer than traditional roof coatings. Featuring 92% reflectivity and 0.86 thermal emittance, non-toxic NEOCOAT extends the life of the existing flat or low-slope roof by preventing leaks and further deterioration of the existing membrane. It can be used on a wide range of roof substrates, including modified bitumen, BUR, TPO, PVC, KEE, EPDM, concrete, spray polyurethane foam, or metal. It can also be used as a white reflective topcoat on the black TRITOFLEX liquid rubber membrane.
