Logitech Sync by Logitech is a powerful software tool for remote access, room booking and space usage insights. It takes the burden off of overwhelmed IT teams who need to ensure the right meeting spaces are available and functioning for employees at all times, while empowering teams to manage spaces remotely and securely. Employees can book and claim rooms directly though existing calendaring apps like Google Workspace and Office 365 or directly on Logitech Tap Scheduler.
Its automatic features adapt to common workplace behaviors; for example, if a booked room isn’t checked into within a set time, the room is automatically released and becomes available to others. For ad-hoc meetings, users can see available rooms through the LED status lights on Tap Scheduler or navigate to an available room from a floor plan map. Sync also tracks patterns on room usage and occupancy, taking the guesswork out of which rooms people favor.
