New accreditation, which launches with over 50 companies, will give landlords and developers access to a set of technology providers which fully aligns with the WiredScore SmartScore certification.
WiredScore has announced the launch of its Accredited Solutions program. Developed in response to a perceived lack of clarity surrounding how to implement technological solutions into buildings to create smart-enabled assets, members of the company's Accredited Solutions program are technology providers whose systems and technology solutions have been benchmarked against WiredScore’s certification standards, empowering them to work with landlords globally.
The accreditation, which launches with over 50 companies, will give landlords and developers access to a set of providers which fully align with the WiredScore SmartScore certification, saving them time spent doing their own research as well as additional costs and resources often associated with procurement processes.

Stefan Schmidt, head of Smart Buildings Technology, WiredScore, commented:
“In order to deliver what is now expected from offices, whether that be a seamless digital experience, a superior wellness offering, or a demonstrably sustainable space, landlords and developers are under pressure to implement technology that enables these outcomes. Since we launched SmartScore in 2021, it’s become apparent that the real estate industry still requires an additional layer of guidance when it comes to the exact kind of technology that is required to deliver a truly smart building. We are confident that our catalog of Accredited Solution providers will offer the assurance that the industry has been lacking.”
