Siemens is hosting its two-day Transform 2022 conference and exhibition in Manchester, UK from July 12-13, 2022. Held at the iconic Manchester Central Convention Complex, the event brings together hundreds of industry leaders, influencers and regulators from across the UK and Ireland to collaborate and solve some of the industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare segments' most pressing organizational challenges.
Embracing topics ranging from more resource-efficient factories, resilient supply chains, smarter buildings and grids and electrification and digitalization; to cleaner and more comfortable transportation; to advanced healthcare, and finance, and e-mobility solutions, the event is designed to facilitate connections between and among organizations across the sectors -- from utilities to transport to manufacturing -- that form the backbone of the UK's economy.
The Transform 2022 session program includes 9 challenge-oriented roundtables and 24 infrastructure and industry tech talks. Vital areas of coverage include decarbonization, digitalization, the future of automation, the road to net zero, cybersecurity, skills evaluation and overhaul, and methodologies for responding to COVID threats.
The event is free-of-charge to attendees.
The ideological center of Transform 2022 is comprised of keynote speeches and panels focused on four UK national transformation topics, as reckoned by Siemens, including:
- Business Resilience
- Transforming Industry
- What's Next in Tech
- Transforming Infrastructure
Keynote speakers include Carl Ennis, CEO Siemens plc; Brian Holliday, MD Digital Industries; Cedrik Neike, CEO Digital Industries, Siemens AG; and representatives from world-renowned technology brands of all sizes.
Notably, Siemens is showcasing its Xcelerator open digital business platform, "live and in person" at Transform 2022. Xcelorator is the basis for Siemens Smart Infrastructure's recently launched Building X platform, a smart building technologies suite.
