Schostak Brothers & Co. Inc. is the managing agent for the 11-story, 350,000-square-foot, prestigious Maccabees Center in Southfield, MI. With a facility population of over 1,100, tenant satisfaction and retention are paramount goals. Beginning in 1999, the Schostak Brothers initiated a “rolling” installation of touch-free systems throughout the Maccabees Center.
